Father Anton

"I remember my first meeting with Cardinal Bergoglio. When he came to our college one year ago and addressed us students, he said we should be always faithful to three ladies. First of all is the Virgin Mary, Our Lady, to be devoted and faithful to her. Then the Church: Mary is the Mother of the Church, and loving Mary, we love the Church. The third lady is our soul: we should love and care for our soul. He said loving one lady, we love both the others, so it's very linked together. I appreciate very much this simple and profound spiritually based on Mary, love for the Church and for one's soul. So this is what I remember of my very personal experience with Pope Francis."

(This was recorded after Pope Francis' inauguration Mass on the Feast of St Joseph ... hence the background noise/organ music.)

Edgar

"Mary I think is one of the examples of obedience to God and she was with Our Lord Jesus since his birth, and even before. And I think that’s pretty hard for her, she’s a hero, to acknowledge that she’s raising up her child who’s going to take on all the sins of the world and who’s going to be crucified."

Edgar gives his kaut ko par Mariju in English & then recites the Hail Mary in Latvian.

Evita

"Mary to me is like a mother, like my own mother, who I feel can support me and nurture me in a way that people can’t, in a spiritual way."

Zhanna

"I think Mary was obviously the chosen one, but I think she was the simplest woman ever."

Totus tuus ego sum et omnia mea tua sunt.
Accipio te in mea omnia. Praebe mihi cor tuum, Maria. - St Louis de Montfort

Blessed John Paul II took his motto Totus Tuus from this quote.

"I am totally yours and all that I have is yours.
I accept you for my all. O Mary, give me your heart.”   ♥
